Change Spell Check In Outlook
On the review tab select spelling grammar set proofing language.
Change spell check in outlook. 2 in the new message window click review language set proofing language see screenshot. Select the mail category and enable the option always check spelling before sending. Select the language you want to use.
Click in the file tab and then on options. All you need to do is click on it to turn on the outlook spell check. Run spell check manually.
Under compose messages check the always check spelling before sending box. If you click on them a drop down panel will appear one of its options is turn on spell check. 1 in the mail view click home new email to create a new email.
If you don t want to check spelling manually for every message or you re worried you might forget you can set outlook to check spelling for you every time. In word for the web click or tap where you re going to add text or select the text that you want to mark as a different language. In the outlook options dialog box please click the mail in the left bar.
Now when you click send outlook checks spelling automatically. Click the dropdown titled proofing language in the dialog that appears. To set or change the default proofing language in outlook please do as follows.
Once you send an email the spell check will be launched automatically. Click file options mail. Change your proofing language select the editor button in the compose ribbon at the bottom of your message.
