Change Spell Check Language Outlook 365
How to check spelling in outlook on the web unfortunately at this time there isn t the capability to check spelling built into outlook on the web.
Change spell check language outlook 365. When you start writing you will see the spell check option in the bar at the top of the screen. To set or change the default proofing language in outlook please do as follows. To check an individual word simply right click and choose from the options to change ignore or add the misspelled word.
Scroll to the language you want to use and select it. Under the choose editing languages section use the drop down menu to select a new language for office to use to check spelling and grammar. Select a language from the list that appears.
If you are done writing and are ready to spell check your work click on the review tab and then click on spelling you will then be given the option to select proofing language now you can select the language you need. Changing the proofing language will only apply to the current email draft. Click the dropdown titled proofing language in the dialog that appears.
1 in the mail view click home new email to create a new email. Click the add button. In word for the web click or tap where you re going to add text or select the text that you want to mark as a different language.
In such case it is also quite easy to turn on. Select the editor button in the compose ribbon at the bottom of your message. To check an entire email go to the review tab and select spelling grammar.
