Excel English Spelling Check
With your excel spreadsheet opened simply navigate to the review tab in the ribbon.

On the review tab select language. For this press and hold the ctrl key while clicking the tabs. In word for the web click or tap where you re going to add text or select the text that you want to mark as a different language.
Excel will check spelling mistakes in all the selected worksheets. Checking spellings in excel is very easy. To spell check a worksheet click the tab at the bottom of the screen for the worksheet on which you want to run the spell check.
Press the f7 keyboard then the spelling and grammar dialog box pops us to check your text. To check spelling for any text on your worksheet click review proofing spelling. This will check the entire document for spelling errors.
Follow the below steps to perform a spell check in excel. The easiest way to apply spelling check is to press the keyboard of f7. If you select a single cell for spell check excel checks the entire worksheet including the comments page headers footers and graphics.
