Outlook Spell Check Not Working Signature

Outlook spell check not working signature. To do this you need to select the entire message then go to the spelling dropdown and choose language. If this method doesn t resolve to troubleshoot then apply. If in doubt copy the signature and paste it into a word document.
You can confirm it by right clicking on the misspelled words if the signature selector comes up you re typing in the signature block not the message body. Notice that even though the text is not spelled correctly outlook does not highlight it as a spelling error. If outlook is set to ignore areas in replies and forwarded messages it may cause the tool to not work.
Change the message s spell check setting. Select the new text added. Go to file options mail and clear the ignore original message text in reply or forward option under compose messages then select ok.
Clear the do not spell check box. It is assumed that you have spelt your name correctly. Write your email message and enter text in the line that was part of the signature.
Check this by clicking with your right mouse button on one of the words that is not being checked if your signature choices appear then you know you are in the signature area. If outlook is not correcting misspelled words and spell check is enabled you are typing in the signature area. Spell check does not check the signature.
To resolve this you can do one of two things ensure you are typing out of the signature area by just moving to another aread or put some at the beginning of signature this way you know where the signature. File options mail compose message tap the checkbox always check spelling before sending press ok. When you discover you typed in the signature area the easiest fix is to change the spell check settings on the message.
