If everything goes well you should see the following addition to the toolbar. This will install the jupyter contrib nbextensions package in python install it in jupyter and then enable the spell check and code folding extensions. Update thanks to henry schreiner in jupyter instead of adding the load extension line you can run the following code in a notebook cell.
