Spell Check On Google Slides

Spell check on google slides. This is a great tool for helping students with their editing skills across many google tools. Maybe just maybe you ll find less of those wriggly red lines if you show your students how this tool works and explain the advantages to them of using it. You ll find the spell check in the same place in google slides and in google sheets.

On your computer open google slides. Here s how to spell check your sheet. To make sure the tool is enabled you can start typing some misspelled words or go to tools spelling and ensure that underline errors is checked.

A box will open in the top right corner. At the top click tools spelling. Click the tools tab and select spelling.

Google will identify any mis spellings. You can choose to check your entire sheet individual worksheets or even columns and cells. First open up a document with google docs.

Highlight the cell range or columns you wish to check. I ll be using a google doc but the same spelling and grammar tool is available with sheets and slides as well. Spell check with google sheets behaves just the same as it does with docs or slides.
