Spell Check On Word Ipad

Spell check on word ipad. If the word you want doesnt appear just retype it. Pages google docs and word all have spelling and grammar check. The button should be white when it s off and green when it s on.

In pages numbers or keynote on mac you can also choose ignore spelling if you no longer want that app to mark this word as misspelled. The check spelling option looks for unfamiliar words and spellings but it puts you in control of whether the ipad changes them. Tap a misspelled word then tap the correct spelling.

Turn on check spelling then tap the document to close the controls. On a phone tap the edit icon and then tap home review spelling. When a word is marked this way tap it.

A menu appears above with three options. On a tablet go to the review tab and tap the spell check icon. Tap the word and then tap one of the alternate spellings.

Later on navigate to keyboard and inside keyboard find check spelling. When a word is spelled incorrectly the ios device will underline it in red. As you type ios marks any words it suspects with a red dotted underline.
