Spelling Check In Excel Sheet
Select the cell you need to enable the spell check in the protected worksheet then run the vba code by pressing the f5 key.
Spelling check in excel sheet. Clicking this option will initiate the spell checking. We will select the sheets we wish to check spellings on by holding ctrl button and clicking on the sheet names. In the review tab there is an option spelling as shown in the image.
To spell check the entire workbook hold down ctrl to select multiple sheets and press f7. You can tell it to spell check multiple sheets at once with a simple trick. Here are some things that happen when you use the spelling checker.
To spell check a worksheet click the tab at the bottom of the screen for the worksheet on which you want to run the spell check. Then the spelling dialog box pops up in the protected worksheet as below screenshot shown. Then run spell check as normal.
Please do as follows to spell check all sheets or entire workbook at once in excel. Your worksheet will be analyzed for errors and excel will provide. Please click review spelling as below screenshot shown.
We can check spelling in excel for multiple sheets by following the steps below. Follow the below steps to perform a spell check in excel. With your excel spreadsheet opened simply navigate to the review tab in the ribbon.
In our case we will select cluster kw reference sheet1 and sheet2. If you select multiple cells excel checks spelling only for those cells. First things first the excel spell checker is located in the review tab.
