Spelling Check In Word

Spelling check in word. Use the spelling and grammar tool. Run the tool to check the entire document or correct errors individually on the page. To start a check of the spelling and grammar in your file just press f7 or follow these steps.
Word enables its spelling and grammar tool by default allowing you to check documents for misspelled words and some grammar errors. But do remember to run spell check. Usually the correctness check feature is available by default once you type something in the document it will be checked automatically and underlined if any mistake detected.
If the auto check feature is turned off you need to activate spelling grammar manually. In access or infopath you can skip this step. In project you ll go to the project tab.
Look for words or phrases underlined in red green or blue. Tailor what editor checks for. However there are times there you will see that the spell checker is not checking the spellings.
To use editor on the home tab choose editor. To check spelling manually click review spelling grammar. Word is set up to check your spelling and grammar automatically as you type.
