Stop Spelling Check In Outlook
To avoid that distraction you can turn spell check off then check spelling manually when you re done writing.
Stop spelling check in outlook. Under compose message section check the checkbox of ignore original message text in reply or forward. Now when you click send outlook checks spelling automatically.
