Html Prevent Spell Check

Usually when you enter the grammatically incorrect words inside input or textarea fileds in an html form you will see the red underline below the incorrect words. I know how to stop it on an individual email but i want every email she creates to automatically not check the signiture file. By default the language code used for every word on every web page that is tested is detected and then the matching dictionary for that language together with some language specific rules are used to spell check it.
