Spell Check The Document In Ms Word
To spell check a document follow the steps below.
Spell check the document in ms word. If you need just press f7 to call spelling and grammar function. Click file options proofing clear the check spelling as you type box and click ok. Turn on or off automatic spelling and grammar checking.
Under grammar check or clear the check grammar as you type box. Because form field text is formatted as no proofing the spelling and grammar checker ignores text in form fields. Please click file tab in word 2010 and 2013 or click the office button in word 2007 word options proofing.
From the proofing group on the review tab select spelling grammar. You then have the following options. To turn spell check back on repeat the process and select the check spelling as you type box.
Microsoft word will look for spelling and grammar errors starting from the location of your cursor in the document. Open microsoft word frontpage or outlook and the document or file you want to edit. Temporarily unprotect the form.
If word finds a spelling error a navigation pane similar to the one below will appear. Microsoft word to check spelling in a word document open up the document head to the review tab then click on spelling grammar part of the proofing group of tools. Press the f7 key.
