Spell Check Word For Ipad

A menu appears above with three options.

Spell check word for ipad. Switch to the grammarly keyboard. On ipad or iphone tap the underlined word then tap learn spelling you may need to tap replace first. When a word is spelled incorrectly the ios device will underline it in red.

When a word is marked this way tap it. Misspelled and unrecognized words are underlined in red. On mac control click the word then choose learn spelling.

Tap tap settings then tap auto correction. On a phone tap the edit icon and then tap home review spelling. The spell checker on ipads and iphones can be very useful if you have difficulty typing accurately on your mobile device.

From the little menu that appears select grammarly. The check spelling option looks for unfamiliar words and spellings but it puts you in control of whether the ipad changes them. Tap a misspelled word then tap the correct spelling.

On an ipad go to the review tab tap the spell check icon and then turn on spelling. In pages numbers or keynote on mac you can also choose ignore spelling if you no longer want that app to mark this word as misspelled. Tap and hold the globe icon on the on screen keyboard.

Tap the word and then tap one of the alternate spellings. Ipad may also underline words youve already typed that might be misspelled. Replace a misspelled word.
